Chocolate cold seal rolls are specialized packaging materials designed to wrap chocolates that are heat sensitive and can easily melt in heat during sealing process.

These rolls feature a cold seal adhesive, eliminating the need for heat during the sealing process, preserving the integrity of delicate chocolates

Chocolate cold seal rolls are commonly used in high-speed packaging machinery to take out high production comparing with traditional heat seal process where the production speed has to be very low due to heating and sealing of packaging is involved

Chocolate cold seal rolls are versatile and adaptable to different packaging formats, such as bars, truffles, or individually wrapped pieces

Within our custom printed cold seal rolls, we offer two distinct printing technologies.

A. Digital Printing

• Minimum order quantity is 100* kgs (in multiple designs).
• No cylinder or printing plate costs apply.

B. Rotogravure Printing

• A minimum order quantity of 500 kgs.

• Ideal for achieving high-quality HD graphic designs with exceptional speed and repeatability.
• Well-suited for a diverse range of material types, offering custom print finishes.
• Ensures precise color matching in Pantone shades.
